So, this time last night we were just finishing up our Tenx9 evening on the theme of "Scundered"
Scundered, for those of you who don't know, is a fine Belfast word that mostly means "embarrassed". We have a huge debt of thanks for Orlaith Hendron who suggested the theme. Orlaith runs events on the theme of Scundered where brave brave people read from their teenage diaries in public. We'll let you know when the next of these events happens.

Tonight's 'Sorry' night at Tenx9 was extraordinary. What stories, and what an example that one theme can elicit so many dfferent responses. Thanks to all - and details of November's themes.

What a spectacular night at Tenx9. Our theme was 'Dates' and we had stories about failed dates in Belfast, dates Tyrone-style, escapades on the 8th floor of a carpark, judging dates based on wearing double-denim, dates of trips overseas, tips for internet dating, dates that turn into not-dates, letters to lovers and diary dates. Thanks to Seán, Moyra, Neil, Caroline, Cici, Jason, Denise and Linda. A spectacular night of Tenx9. And the room was packed. Some choice quotes through the link.
